One of his clients said: "We have used John since moving to the area. He is brilliant, charismatic and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, including the show. Only downside of recommending him is how busy he might become once he became well known."
Video response to question: How to pick the perfect pet and do I have any pets of my own?
There are so many different types of pets to choose from, how do I pick the perfect one for my family and I? Do you have any pets of your own?
Apart from providing veterinary care for clients, what other ways do you try to support the community and/or wildlife?
John stands out from other Vets, he is brilliant clinically but also has a behavioural understanding of dogs. He is able to work with large sensitive dogs who need patience and TLC. Our German Shepherd adores John and trusts him implicitly because he is so kind, patient and caring.
How do you support new graduates and vet students within the industry, especially when it comes to stress and mental health issues?
He has already answered our questions best vet such a caring person our cats and Dogs love him so what else is there to say except you deserve this and you can't ever leave our suburb!
My dogs and I love Dr John. When your dog runs into the clinic after cruciate surgery and still wants to love up on him - I reckon that says it all. Only downside if Dr John is successful - he'll be hard to get into! xo
Dr Johns love of creatures great and small is evident from the moment we meet him. He warmly engages with the human then connects to our precious pet with a wisdom and affection that wins trust and life long affection from our furry, funny, scary, crawly critters!
Our Dudley reckons that Dr. John is a bit of alright (as do we!)
John is a terrific bloke and a great vet. Perfect for the show.
