We are picking our 12 week old chinese powder puff puppy up this morning after finding out she has a break through her growth plate and her ulna. She has a Jacobs? bandage on for the next few days until swelling goes down. After that they do not think casting will be the best but an orthopaedic surgeon. We have only just six weeks ago paid for amputation surgery for our fox terrier, who then got hit by a car. Bonnie (this dog) was a replacement for my 5 daughters when he died. Does anyone have suggestions on more cost effective ways to treat the breaks.
Hi ThereWe have a cute and cuddly and playful 5 week old cocker spaniel puppy that was born with 1 eye.We already have 2 lovely cockers and council regulations won't allow us to have a third. How can we make sure that he is healthy and has no other health issues so we can confidently tell an adopting family that he is fine so they can provide him with a loving caring home and look after him the rest of his life. Please help us to find him a loving forever home.
One of my dog's is starting to get a little feral and at times can be uncontrollable. We have tried taking him to puppy school after I had a dog trainer come assess him at the house. He could only go a few lessons as every time he would come back from there he got a little bit more agressive; now it can get to the point where no one can change his clothes and give him a shower without him wanting to nibble. Please help!! We also have another dog who's so beautifully natured that we don't want one rubbing off the other in a bad way.
