How can I help my male seahorse feel better

I have had a male and female kuda seahorse for about 4 months now. They are of breeding age and a courting at the moment. I've noticed that in the last few days my male -Onyx, has been acting very lethargic and is not as interested in courting as he was a few days ago. I have given his pouch a gentle rub with suspicions that he may have gas bubble disease, but only 2 or 3 miniscule bubbles came out and were not enough to be gbd. Is there anything else that I can do to help him feel better? Is there an all-rounder medication that will ward off any possible sickness and help him feel better or anything else that I can do for him?

Thank you very much in advance for your time and help.
