Lumps and Growths on Pets

There are a number of reasons that may contribute to lumps, bumps and other unusual inflammations on animals. Some may include bruises and swelling, build up of fluid, insect bites or in more serious cases, cancer.

The best solution if you discover something that looks suspicious is to take your pet for a veterinary examination. Don’t forget to mention any other symptoms your pet might be experiencing such as tiredness, loss of appetite, changes in behaviour and when you first noticed the bump.

Don’t forget to check your pet regularly for any lumps and bumps and monitor any drastic changes in behaviour to ensure the best health for you pet.
